How to Book a Discounted Stay 

You can book your next vacation up to 365 days in advance. Here’s how: 

 

1. Click here to search for a hotel. Under the “Rate Applied” drop down, you’ll see the corporate code automatically applied. 

 

2. Click the price of a hotel to view availability. After you hit “search,” a list of hotels will appear. Click the price of a hotel to see rooms available at the Wyndham Discount Rate. You may need to click “See More Rates” to show all rates for a specific room. (If the Wyndham Discount Rate is not available for your chosen destination and dates, you’ll see a message at the top of the screen.) 

 

3. Click “Book” and follow steps to complete your reservation. 

 

4. Fill out the Wyndham Discount Rate Form once your reservation is complete and have your general manager sign it. 

 

5. Present your completed form to front desk staff upon check-in. (IMPORTANT: If you fail to provide the voucher, you may not receive the discount.).
