I want to take the time to thank two staff members at the Ramada by Wyndham Wellington who tried their utmost to make my mum and I feel like a valued customer. They are Jay (i think he's the branch manager at Ramada) and Akshay (hotel manager at Microtel). When I arrived at my original booking at the Microtel, I discovered the rooms had no windows whereas the rooms I booked online had shown windows. As I suffered from the claustrophobia when staying in a windowless room I was unable to stay. Once Akshay checked and confirmed there were no rooms with windows left at the Microtel he contacted Jay for support and organised a room at the Ramada for mum and I.

At the time we checked in, both the management team and the housekeeping team was at their absolute capacity. Whilst dealing with resourcing issue, Jay made sure we were well looked after. We stayed for 3 days and during that time the service we received was nothing short of amazing. We're grateful and would definitely stay at Ramada by Wyndham Wellington again.
