Michael Osborne

Co-Founder and Director – Advisory, Marsden Group

Michael Osborne is a Co-Founder of Marsden Group and serves as Director – Advisory. He brings more than two decades of experience as an owner, operator and developer in the apartment hotel and management rights sector, alongside an extensive background in property development, sales and hospitality management.

Michael has helped shape the Group’s development and strategic direction, drawing on longstanding industry relationships and practical experience in assessing accommodation businesses, development opportunities, leases and management arrangements. He works with owners, developers and industry partners to assess commercial viability and long-term potential.

Michael has served as Chairman of the New Zealand Management Rights Association. His advisory role combines this industry experience with a focus on sound commercial decisions and sustainable growth.
